"We contacted Underhelm last minute to take our two working labs and Kyle could not have been more accommodating. We don’t like leaving our dogs and generally don’t trust kennels but you could tell Kyle knew his stuff off the bat and his set up is second to none. After my husband met him we were immediately at ease. He was communicative, friendly and professional and having visited our dogs part way through their time with him, it was obvious to us that they were happy and relaxed with him.
